Name: Talos Drellik
Age: Late 30's
Talos throws himself into his work with as much gusto as he can possibly fathom. Despite his age, he is one of the most pleasant people you will ever meet in your entire life. If someone has a lead regarding ancient history, regardless of what it's the ancient history of, he'll jump at the chance to help discover it, not even requesting any fee. This new dimension has opened up a plethora of studies to follow through, and Talos doesn't much mind that he isn't getting paid by the Empire anymore. In that same vein, he has only a passing interest in getting home at all!
From a young age, Talos was pushed by his family into serving in the Empire's military service. He quickly expanded his position to the Imperial Reclamation Service, due to his intense passion for history and archaeology. While on a dig site on Hoth, he was approached by Lord Tsurugi and recruited into the cause of digging up a ship that a spirit rested on. When that was done, Talos was forcefully drafted into Tsurugi's crew, though didn't seem to mind it too much; he was still going to be visiting interesting locales and unearthing their ancient secrets with his new 'Master', after all.
Though not outfitted for intense combat, Drellik is useful in his own right. Most of the technology he carries on him is for healing purposes, both in fights and out of them, making him a solid supporting role. This tech ranges from Kolto injections to medical kits to diagnostic scans. That isn't to say he can't fight at all--being averagely proficient with a blaster--but he isn't a powerful contender, and would be in major trouble if left on his own. Besides blaster bolts, his only tangible weaponry is a one-off (per thread) carbonite ray that can freeze any average target in, well, carbonite. Stronger targets, as a rule of thumb, generally need to be knocked out or else greivously injured to be captured in it.
As noted, Talos really isn't a fighter. He doesn't have the mind nor physique of one. Outside of his specialized healing equipment, he is all in all a completely average soldier with little protection on his own (dressed in his Imperial Reclamation Service uniform, no armor), to such a point that he could be easily captured by even mundane cops if outnumbered by any substantial amount.
